Best starter microphone setup for a home radio presenter

Demo hardware topic. I need a simple home presenter setup with clear voice, low room noise and easy connection to a laptop. What would you recommend for a beginner?

Start with a dynamic USB/XLR mic, closed-back headphones and basic acoustic treatment. Room noise matters more than expensive plugins.
